Who We Are
In late 2021, friends with shared passions for vibrant ecosystems, urbanism, local food systems, and workplace democracy came together and hatched an idea for a business that would incorporate all those threads.
Plot.twist Cooperative is dedicated to helping transform how people and communities relate to the land in built environments. We believe in the tremendous potential to improve community quality of life that starts with the radical reimagining of each parcel. A twisting of the plot.
We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of native plant eco-yards, wildlife gardens, rainwater capture and drainage systems, backyard farms, and hardscapes. Additionally, we have a program that farms your land. We build micro-orchards in under utilized parts of your yard, manage, harvest, and sell the produce, and return to you both a profit share and a portion of that produce.
We absolutely love our jobs and want you to love working with us. Regardless of whether we’re just weeding a pathway or we’re designing and installing your dream permaculture homestead, you will be treated as a member of our community.
