Our eco-yards utilize primarily indigenous plants and the best ecological practices to create pollinator habitat, improve air quality, and improve soil health. We design our yards to minimize water needs and fertilizer, saving you money and protecting Puget Sound.

Rain & Earth Works
Our PNW climate gives us super soggy winters and bone-dry summers, meaning many folks are struggling with either too much water, not enough, or both. Whether you need to dispel or preserve water, we have the answers.
Plot.twist Cooperative is a Rainwise certified contractor meaning that in eligible areas of Seattle we can help you get rebates to offset much of the cost for cisterns and/or rain gardens. If you’re trying to utilize our winter rains for summer irrigation, a cistern might be right for you.
If you’re dealing with drainage issues, we can design and install a variety of earth work solutions such as re-grading, bioswales, and French drains. Projects like bioswales come with the added bonus of creating habitat and removing pollutants before the discharge reaches our waterways.
Backyard Farms
Looking to maximize your land and grow your own food? With our years of agricultural knowledge, we can design and install every element of the growing process, from crop plans to compost systems; raised beds to chicken coops. No matter where you’re at on your food growing journey we are here to help.
